Terms and Conditions: This warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage, such as wear and tear, scuffs, or scratches, nor does it cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or loss/theft of items. Additionally, any damage caused by improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. To initiate the warranty claim process, the faulty item must be returned to us, and postage costs may apply for returned items.

Faulty items will be replaced with items of similar specifications. The warranty period commences from the date of the original purchase and runs for 12 months. If an item is replaced, then the warranty continues to run from the original purchase date. Additional postage costs may be necessary to cover the return of products.
This warranty is applicable solely to purchases made at the full retail price. Purchases made using a discount code or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Each individual purchase necessitates a distinct application for a new warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty is exclusively available for purchases made within the UK/EU for items sold by Order Amour Ltd.
